Pre op uk aprehensive but know its got to be done and maybe find love as the new me :)

Hi all I have been on a pre op diet of 800 calories a day which was the best option for me as I can use calories for milk in decaf coffee and also have polo mints as well as a little normal ish food I have lost 11 kilo (23lb) in three weeks and have pre op appointment in the morning ( October the 1st) .. I am a bit like a fish out of water in hospitals and I am beginning to get apprehensive but I know without it the weight I have currently lost will return it always does plus a lot more .. I never thought I would get this close as I used to easily eat 6000 calories a day and was close to being bed ridden and at the point of giving up :( my ankles hurt and I had bad acid at night .. Then my partner left me for another and despite bring fat I always provided for the family and gad a warm heart ... Yes I am scared about the op on the 9th but have found wonderful warm stories from all on here and I just wanted to say if I have got this far you can too as I was out if control eating wise .. I have thoughts of next summer in my head hoping I am in a good place weight wise can get nicer clothes on and maybe get back some confidence and even perhaps find love again .. RIchard x
