I have been asked on occasion what books I have read, what I would recommend. I was asked again in a PM yesterday so I thought I would share it here, too.
The one book I think I would recommend to the whole group in general, is "The Power of Habit." I would suggest you read the reviews if interested, and the link to the author's website is below. This is NOT an instruction manual, it is not full of recipies or how to make this particular transition from pre-post any easier or give you a path to follow once you are there. It DOES explain and discuss Habits, how we aquire them, what research has learned about them, etc. Very good read.
