  • It actually could help folks..if they let it. I have my own version...a wife that gives me the dickens when I eat too fast, too much. I will let her know she can be replaced.

  • My sleeve tells me when I've eaten too fast (or don't chew enough). I get this lump in my throat... it's very uncomfortable.
