BCBS Personal Choice PPO out of pocket expense

Hi all.. Can anyone tell me their out of pocket expense with BCBS Personal Choice PPO insurance in PA? If anyone has has surgery or any experience with Barix Clinic and the fees and process such as pero op testing.

    Your insurance card should say copays. I have a blue cross insurance. Mine says 250 per day inpatient. Specialists are40$, which would be surgeons. Psych falls under mental health, and that was 30.
