Its weird how each Dr is so different...mine told me as I was being discharged to just have then the next couple of days and then try and get my.protein in foods...i dont do milk products anyway so I havent had protein shakes since 3rd day out

I still have 2-3 per week. Dr said goal is to get as much protein from food as possible when I could. There was not an exact date timeline on that but after I was cleared for most foods at 6 weeks.
