A question for the ladies?
Prior to WLS I had no cycle due to my IUD. After surgery, I had a regular cycle for about 5 months. Now I have light bleeding for 1/2day about every other month. It's been two years since my WLS.

I get the slimy split after I eat something that don't agree with my new stomach. I run straight to the restroom because it is coming out.- Weight gain
I meant don't be scared- Weight gain
Do be scared. I'm 1 year and 8 months post op. my starting weight was 252 and. I got down to 155. I was so happy I started eating thing I know was bad for ME( pasta, bread and sweets). I then creeped up to 168 lbs. Then I realized I had to go back to the basic, protein, water, protein, water, protein, water. I worked to hard to lose weight to regain it. I'm at 159 lbs and still losing.- Nervous excited and just giving God all the glory
Everything will be fine. In Jesus name, Amen.- Thanksgiving Day Challenge
