And she was giggling and said jessica thats a hip.. I have never had hips!! So needless to say my shape is becoming more like a pear!! I was so amazed.. And everytime i say something now my friend and husband say.. These hips dont lie!! Great feeling!!

  17. I do Atkins protein bars.. A strawberry one. My doctor has never said anything about them not being ok. And they aren't alot of $$. I also drink an Atkins for breakfast. They help me hit my goal each day.
  18. I am also guilty of this. I was never part of the clean plate club but now I just can't leave it. It must be mental.
  19. I found vita muffin brownies and the are smaller than regular tops. Half calories and have carbs. My doctor hasn't ever told me to watch carbs but I try to have one of those a day now.

  25. My doctor did a low carb diet before surgery to shrink liver which is great for people with sugar and liver issues. It was totally Atkins. I would not been able to make it on shakes 2 weeks before my surgery.
  26. I can go all day and not eat. So I have to set a timer to tell me to eat.
  27. I have RA and Fibromyalgia and I have been feeling wonderful. I don't take meds for it but cymbalta. I even questioned if I truly have it because since surgery I have not had a flair up at all. I was sleeved on 4-29.
