  1. I was sleeved in may 2013. Im stuck at 50 lbs down. Started at 224 now im 174. Still happy but want more!
  2. I was sleeved may 22md and last 3 months am struggling. Only lost 46 lbs and sunce gallbladder was taken out on oct 1st u have been gaining and losing same lb. help!! I feel like a failure, i hoped to hv been at 80 lbs by now. Its been 8 months
  3. FIRST time ive gained since my surgery. So scared i will gain it all back now like in past.. I havent been exercising. Maybe its time..
  4. Oh my weighed and gained 2.5 lbs this past wk. i am FREAKING OUT!!! Guess i shouldnt eat slider foods. I need restriction!! Any suggestions or encouragement would b appreciated!!
  5. Can eat 8 oz of chili!! Wth? I make it with lean beef. Black beans tomatoes etc. can anyone else eat that much? Ecck

  8. Was sleeved on 5/21 19 weeks out and I'm not sure but it was a catfish fillet from charlie's chicken restaurant. It was pretty big dk how much for sure. But overall I've realized I can eat bigger quantity of fish. Was wondering if anyone else can too?
  9. I'm so scared im eating too much. I can eat quite a bit of fish. Is that normal? It's the one protein that I can eat more of. And no I don't try to stuff it in. I just don't feel restriction as well. Anyone else find that?
