Any may sleevers?

I was sleeved may 22md and last 3 months am struggling. Only lost 46 lbs and sunce gallbladder was taken out on oct 1st u have been gaining and losing same lb. help!! I feel like a failure, i hoped to hv been at 80 lbs by now. Its been 8 months
