  1. I love the dress and I don't leave the house without my spanx.
  2. Prior to WLS I had no cycle due to my IUD. After surgery, I had a regular cycle for about 5 months. Now I have light bleeding for 1/2day about every other month. It's been two years since my WLS.
  3. I'm two years out and I drink one protein drink everyday for breakfast.
  4. Everything you said is so true. It will be two years next month since wls and I wish someone would have posted this information back then. I also go on all liquids if I gain more than 10lbs and it truly works.
  5. I'm almost 2 years out and I still weight myself every morning.
  6. I get the slimy split after I eat something that don't agree with my new stomach. I run straight to the restroom because it is coming out.

  8. Do be scared. I'm 1 year and 8 months post op. my starting weight was 252 and. I got down to 155. I was so happy I started eating thing I know was bad for ME( pasta, bread and sweets). I then creeped up to 168 lbs. Then I realized I had to go back to the basic, protein, water, protein, water, protein, water. I worked to hard to lose weight to regain it. I'm at 159 lbs and still losing.

  11. I'm 14 months post op and I can only eat 1/3 of the small chili at Wendy's.

  18. I had nothing but regrets the first month. A year later absolutely, no regets. Would recommend it to any and everyone with a weight problem or Heath issues due to a weight problems.
