fear..

So my biggest fear is over eating and stretching. Ive been doing fabulously and lost alot of weight in 6 months. 120 lbs in fact. however im terrified to get big again. I had three chicken fingers today because I was weak, I didnt get full and it wasnt a healthy choice. Have I already stretched my stomach? I know I need to relax and just enjoy my new life and body, but im addicted to food. It was easy to stop after surgery because it was physically impossible to over eat and it was easy to feel full after healthy meals. The past 3 weeks ive stayed eating healthy but have induldged and now I find myself induldging more. I think. I hate being addicted to eating. Food is seriously my drug and its scary :(

It takes more than one episode of overeating to stretch your stomach pouch. Try to get back to healthy eating and don't worry about your indulging one craving. ????
