3 months since my surgery ( bad nutrition)

Hi , am a new member and it has been 3 months since my surgery I lost almost 52 Ib , I was doing really okay but recently I got some personal problems that affected my appetite and i wasn't really paying attention and mainly drinking more than eating and since then when i actually started eating I have been vomiting more often than the usual I believe it's a matter of constancy , I was wondering if anyone can tell me what are the best thing to eat that will not make me vomit and can give me the nutritions and Vitamin needed. As my body is really affected from lack of nutritions .

Thanks ;)

Well...you shouldn't be vomiting at all. So I would try to address why that is happening. Do you have a nutritionist? You should probably be sticking to your post-op eating plan. If you are still vomiting (or vomiting) at all 3 months after surgery, that really needed to be addressed by your Dr. Since we have no idea of what you eat daily it would be virtually impossible and not a good thing for us to try and tell you what to eat. Do yourself a solid and get with your Dr.
