Day 8 and getting an appetite

I'm in day 8 of liquids and just started getting an appetite today.

Any suggestions? I get my staples out tomorrow and wonder if I should even ask if it's okay to start mushy stuff. I feel great, really don't know that I'm banded except for the incisions.

Ask your doctor for sure. My doc had me use Protein supplements to reduce hunger. It really helps. I used powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury and Isopure liquid. They both are much easier to take than some of the others, which I can't stand. He said to get 70 grams. I was happy when I reached 50.

Also, make sure you are drinking lots of Water. That helps, too. Oh, and I ate sugar-free popsicles and fudgsicles. Yum! That helped my head and my tummy, too.
