Day 8 and getting an appetite

I'm in day 8 of liquids and just started getting an appetite today.

Any suggestions? I get my staples out tomorrow and wonder if I should even ask if it's okay to start mushy stuff. I feel great, really don't know that I'm banded except for the incisions.

HELP!!!!!!!!!

Ask your doctor for sure. My doc had me use Protein supplements to reduce hunger. It really helps. I used powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury and Isopure liquid. They both are much easier to take than some of the others, which I can't stand. He said to get 70 grams. I was happy when I reached 50. :D

Also, make sure you are drinking lots of Water. That helps, too. Oh, and I ate sugar-free popsicles and fudgsicles. Yum! That helped my head and my tummy, too. :)
