Hi babst! I'm from Vermont (Middlebury/Burlington) but I had my surgery 6 weeks ago in India with a surgeon who worked in the States for many years. The difference is that I've been living here for almost two years due to my husband's job so it makes it all very simple. I paid about $6000 all inclusive, including follow ups.
