Sugar-free frozen yogurt on pureed stage?

Is this okay? From a fro-yo place?

i thought i'd try the stevia fro yo from my neighbourhood during my soft food stage.. but then looked at the fat content.. and figured.. better not..

one of my favorite treats is to put flavored greek yogurt into popsicle molds and freeze it. then it's a nice creamy treat but still healthy and getting the protein in.

I've discovered the frozen Yoplat greek yogurt...it's really good!

I'll have to try some chocolate frozen yogurt (from a place like fro yo) at some point :P They have the fat free kind you can get too..

you might take a lot of crap for asking this, but a lot more people do this than there are people willing to admit it. It's obviously not the best choice, but we are all just trying to live our lives and have some normalcy. I say be very careful. I have fro-yo about twice a month now but the very first time I had it the yogurt sat in my stomach like a brick and then I got pretty dizzy.

I am not concerned with the fat and calories (right now anyways) because I can only eat 2-3 super small bites at a time. I was really just wondering if it would be considered a pureed food, since I can have sugar-free popsicles right now. I am just getting SO SICK of soup and protein shakes that I cannot wait for some different tastes!
