A lot of us go thru this! I ended up having to take some major stool softener and enema. Don't go any further or will be in er .....

My trick is two stool sofeners and 3 exlax with 100 oz pf water every day i do this twice A week or else i cant go

Are you taking any prescription pain meds still? That was the culprit for me. Constipation after surgery happend to me also. A little miralax for a few days and by day 3 you should have a bowel movement. You are also not eating alot of foods yet. It will be a little while before your bowels function normally again but they will. Wait till you get to the "sharts" stage! I literally could not tell if I needed to pass gas or number 2 for a week or so. Take it in stride. As you start to drop the weight you feel look and feel fabulous.

No I stop taking the pain meds. But I have not been doing the miralax for 3 days straight. I will try it that way.

The nausea meds also make it hard to "go". If you havent gone in a couple days, give the Dr. A call.

Fleet is what my Dr. recommended in this type of situation, but definitely call yours ASAP. 14 days is too long.
