Anyone tried Bai brand drinks?

Recommended Posts

So, I walked to the little market that is at our office complex today and decided to try a new drink...Bai 5-calorie Antioxident Infusions...anyone else tried these?

I guess it is sort of like a flavored tea/juice/water...Here is a review on a blog post I found online with picture of the bottle http://caitlinsconfections.wordpress.com/2012/10/24/bai-drink-review/ ...looks like they sell them on Amazon as well, and there seem to be pretty positive reviews.

I looked at the ingredients and think MAYBE this is actually as 'healthful-like' as you can get while also being tasty..18 oz bottle has 10 calories...the ingredient list is filtered Water, erythritol (natural sweetener), lemon juice concentrate (I got the lemon flavor), organic coffeefruit (no, it doesn't taste like coffee), citric acid, organic stevia extract and white tea extract...the caffeine content fo the entire bottle is equiv. to 2 cups of green tea...the reviews I read included people on WWs as well as diabetic/pre-diabetic people...

Looks like there are about 8 or so fruit flavors including blueberry, pomegranate, lemon, coconut and passion fruit. I will try some of the other flavors and give my input...but, so far this seems like a nice low-cal, low-glycemic, high-flavor drink

Tried the blueberry today...tasty as well. Bought pomegranate and clementine to try this weekend. ...not the cheapest drinks for sure...but nice to get some flavor in a low-glycemic option that doesn't use artificial sweeteners.

Right now, I'm only talking to myself here (and that's fine) but I figure at some point someone will stumble across these drinks as well and find this in a search...so, tried the pomegranate this morning, my favorite so far!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
