6 wks post op and all of a sudden nauseated and blah :( any suggestions?

Hi All, so im 6 wks post op been doing great lost 53lbs including 2.5wk preop. Now all of a sudden im queezy. Eat a few bites of anything and get sick/nauseated even threw up which was i havent done since surgery. I did start an intense workout (insanity) which i agree was probably too much too soon so i stopped. But what else can i do? I still feel blah :(. Anyone else experience this or similar?

Sorry to hear about your set back. You may have a stricture? You should call your surgeon, just to be cautious. Keep us updated!
