Surgery was April 8th and down 57lbs

My surgeon is concerned this is a little to fast. I don't see the issue, I have transitioned to mostly soft solid food, take all my supplements, and get 75-85g of protein a day. What am I guilty of? Being to active?

That's pretty awesome! I should think that if you are getting in all your protein, water etc. that there shouldn't be an issue. But as always listen to the Doc.

His word were " The calories you are burning far out weigh what you are taking in. This can cause muscle loss." I thought you only had to worry about that if your protein was to low and you were not moving enough? The nutritionist says one thing and the Md says another. They really should coordinate their information ! Sheese!

That is pretty darn fast! BUT if you are feeling good and not overly weak yada yada... Then enjoy it! Remember also that it will slow down soon but what an awesome start! Congrats!
