Best peanut butter?

Recommended Posts

Jiffy natural is really good.

Agree: Jiffy natural is really good. Had some of that last week before working out on my bananas. I recommend that one also.

Didn't know we could have peanut butter' date=',,[/quote']

Peanut Butter is not the best option because it is higher in fat and sugar, but you might consider jiffy natural and Adams natural if you do go with Peanut Butter. Not a real nut as I have been told (news to me). However, I think nut butters are way better because of low ft, low sugar and high Protein. Yummy tasting also.

I ground up my own almond nut butter from Safeway last night. It was fun!

There were 3-4 different options to grind from: no salt, lightly salted and normal salted. Noticed that they have you grinding up just the Blanched part of the almond. That makes for a much light nut butter than, say, Justin's almond nut butter.

Is anything nutritional being lost in the self-grind almond Blanched nut butter that might exist in the Justin's nut butter?

I like the taste of the almond nut butter I made last night more then Justin's, even with no salt or sweetener added. It is yummy spread on a banana. Please let me know your thoughts.

Teddie Peanut Butter is my favorite, by far, however, I have to be wary of having it in the house, if you know what I'm saying. I like the Jif Naturals to-go because it's forced Portion Control.< /p>

I'm down to my doctor's advised maintenance weight (almost 10 lbs. below my goal) and I have to bump up my net calories now from 900 to 1,200. Planning to add in some Peanut Butter to do that.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
