Here's one link I found...keeping in mind that it is a website created by the drug company who is trying to market their product.

So far so good I guess. I don't know what it would feel like if I didn't use it but between givin the choice between a pill every day or a trip to the doctors once a month for a shot I'd rather just use the spray. I plan on calling my doctor to get my blood work done soon so ill know then if my B12 levels are good or not.

I just filled my rx for nascobal at Target pharmacy and used the $25 copay card my doctor gave me. And it worked...I only paid $25 for a month supply. I haven't tried it yet though so I'm not sure how it affects me.

My doctor told me that I didn't really need to use the Nascobal, a sublingual B12 would be fine for me. My 4 month bloodwork was all normal ranges and looking great.

I use the sublingual B12 from Walgreen's. It is a tiny pink pill and melts like butter in seconds. Taste is ok.

I've been using Nascobol since surgery, and my blood work is fine. I have been using the $25 co-pay card too, and sure enough $25 is all I've been asked to pay for each 1 month supply.

The list I got from my surgeon offered a choice of B12 -- sublingual (SL) or nasal. I bought the SL when I bought my first supply of all required Vitamins and minerals before surgery, and THEN the surgeon's office staff told me he really prefers his patients use the nasal type. Wish the list had made that clear!!

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!

Have a great Wednesday too! Sorry you're hungry all the time, I'm pretty much the same..and I'm sick of eating the same food all the time.

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
