All liquid diet makes my 1200 calories look like a buffet!

Day 2 of my pre-op liquid diet. I'm already sick of Protein shakes, pudding and broth. This is miserable! I had a headache that lasted 16 hours and I'm cranky as hell! My poor daughter is a saint for putting up with me. She made me laugh last night as she was chasing me around with a potato chip, taunting me. She's lucky I love her!

I must confess I thought about throwing in the towel, but then I realized, I won't allow food to win. This time I'm going to succeed. I will power through this, like anything else I've encountered in my life. I'm stronger than the food!

Thank you Tiffany! EAS Advantage makes some really good shakes. Just over 100 cals and zero or 1 gram of sugar! I got them at Target for $4.99 for a four pack, totally worth it! Glad I have this site for support :)

Good for you! You CAN do this.
