Any Gummy multi-Vitamins that work?

Recommended Posts

I have tried several multiple-Vitamins and am struggling. I am only about 2 was out. I never have done good with swallowing pills especially big ones like multi-vitamins. I am

Currently taking the Flinstones ones and so far that has been the best but it still has a little after taste which makes me want to not take it. Therefore, I'm hoping a Gummy one exists that would work and not have aftertaste? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated... :)

Please help!

Costco has a chewable adult Vitamin. I've been taking them since surgery and they seem just fine.

...the Walmart brand works for me. I think it is called Spring Valley. It gets easier with time. Best of luck to you.

My Doctor told me that the chewables are not sufficient enough. I use the Bariatric Advantage chewable French Vanila Flavored which seems pretty tolerable. For the Calcium I use Bariatric Advantage calcium chewable Caramels it tastes like the werthers originals they have it in 500 mg so you need 4 a day.

My doctor also said gummies work temporarily but they haven't worked very long for any of his patients.

Also, I started the BA calcium chews and my doctor pointed me to GNC. They have Carmel's chews that are 1000 mg. so I only have to chew half as much! Worth looking into :)

How do the ones from GNC taste?

Very similar. I actually prefer them because they're not quite as sugary sweet and don't leave the same taste on my tongue the BA do. I mostly went their because they're cheaper in the long run. About the same price per bag that lasts twice as long. They have chocolate, too. Now if they would just make lemon, I'd be one happy camper :)

Yeah I will have to check that out because to be honest BA is on the pricey side but they make good products. I bought a bag from BA Lemon Flavor it's yummy but they only make Lemon in 250mg. Thanks for the Info

Mu nutritionist said the waxy coating on the gummies keep them from being absorbed as well, no matter how well they are chewed.

My nutritionist said that gummies aren't good because they take a lot of the minerals out of the Vitamins when they make the gummies for taste.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
