I havent looked yet but does grocery stores have variety of low fat cream Soups? If anybody has easy recipe for some i would appreciate it

Yes, you can find them.. also check the freezer isles and the natural foods isles.. sometimes they have them there, and those ones to me taste much better then canned.

Cream soups in freezer? Hmm never heard of that but i would like to try them. All i can have right now is liquid and tomorrow i can start cream soups so i cant wait!! Beyond sick of liquid
