Was scheduled for 4/3. Rescheduled for 4/10. 5 days out down 8 lbs loss. Gas pain sucks along with shouder gas pain. Can anyone help.

Sorry that you are in pain :( the best and only way to deal with the gas pain is walking (a lot)

Make sure you are walking at least 10 to 15 minutes every hour.

Laura is right. The only way to get the gas to work it's way out of your body sooner is to walk. No fun but it really does help a lot.
