Thank you all so much for ur advice!!! And the ones that are in the same situation as me, I guess there's nothing else to do but keep trying and trying. It's funny how our bodies work!!

I went and got a body massage on Wednesday just to see if that would help incase I was retaining Water. But nothing. :(. But the massage lady told me a good way to break a stall is eating only only Protein and water for one day. So I'm trying that tomorrow. So wish me luck guys!!! Oh she said to eat only chicken or fish for that one day. Which is good cuz I can't handle red meat yet.

And again thank u all for y'all's advice :)

I was sleeved March 6th. I've lost 30 lbs with 14 being pre op. I stalled at the start of week 3 and have stayed there for 3 weeks. I could feel my body changing the first two weeks of stall but now I'm just stuck. Totally frustrated. I tried on everything in my closet and cleared out two bags of clothes that were too big two weeks into the stall. That encouraged me for a while but now I'm frustrated again. I finally took my measurements for the first time last night. I'm hoping to see progress there again. I'm also taking pictures of myself in the same workout outfit every two weeks for comparison. Patience is not a virtue I have. Struggling to get 60 oz of Water in. But otherwise staying the course. Did I mention I am frustrated?

I have only been stalled for two days so I am not complaining....yet. I was sleeved on 3/11 and lost 25 lbs since then...But, I was looking at MyFitnessPal and noticed I am very high in fat- from Pita chips and eggs. So no more of the chips and limiting eggs to egg whites only. I tell myself I am only eating four chips with my hummus, but it's too much fat. Logging what I eat has really helped me!!

DonDddddddxdDon't get discouraged. You will lose more. You just need to shock your body by doing just the opposite it is used to. If you eat more carbs, cut the carbs and increase Protein. If you eat more protein, cut the protein and eat more carbs -but only good carbs. No junk and cut all sugar. Drink only water!!! I cannot stress that enough. You should break the stall.

I know what you mean! So so frustrating

I was sleeved on feb 6th and lost about 28 lbs and since 3 weeks the scale hasn't moved. I haven't been great with walking or Water but that can't be it? Can it?

I'm feeling so discouraged. My pants don't feel loose either :(

The same thing happened to me:(. But I did the liquid diet for two days and the scale started to move I lost 5 pds. U should try it, this might break ur stall.

I know I gets more discouraging when I get on here and these some of them that have lost 40-50 pds by this time. :(. But we're in this already so all we can do is keep trying and not give up. I wish u the best luck and we r gonna beat these dang stalls!!! Lol I'm thinking of trying the liquid diet once a week see how that works I think we just have to play around with it.

This also works in the opposite! I'd been sick and was eating like a bird. I wasn't losing either. When I got better I was pigging out! Mostly good choices, but not all good choices and lost a pound a day for about 8days! When your body thinks we are in starvation mode it WILL store fat! When it thought I was gonna feed it, it began to let go! Plus I was up and about and not in bed 24/7

Woohoo broke the plateau from hell (a month). Doc said gotta keep calories at 800 or less and I was watching carbs. Some of those high Protein meals were in excess of 1000 calories, no wonder I wasn't losing! Live and learn smh

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
