I finished an entire 180ml juice box in only one hour! Yay to meee

I'm three days post op and it's been very very difficult for me to drink anything at all. For the last 2 days I was only able to drink a 250ml cup of water in total. This morning I was able to finish an entire juice box in about an hour. Is this too much? Could my stomach start leaking?

No you won't get a leak by drinking, your body will tell you when you are able to drink more. Right now it may be difficult to drink because your stomach is swollen, but as it heals you will be able to drink more and faster- but don't be fooled like I was I drank a shake in like 15 minutes and just didn't feel well after.

Also, you might want to try to dilute the juice--my dr allowed 4 oz of juice per day diluted with 4 oz of water during clear liquids. I know you didn't use the straw...probably poured into a cup? That sounds like good progres...hope you are doing better every day!
