Cheese

I'm in the soft food stages and it seems so many of my allowed foods that have decent amounts of protein are cheeses. Light string cheese, low fat cottage cheese, light baby bell cheese, thinly sliced cheese with deli turkey, etc. I love cheese so it's fine but am I eating too much of it? I'm going to the bathroom regularly and don't feel bad when I eat it.

Most of my nourishment for the first three months was cheese! Lol and I survived and made goal. :-) and my cholesterol is normal!

I eat cheese and low fat string cheese daily.... No problems here and my weight loss is going well!

I loveeeeeee cheese!!!

French Feta...blue cheese, light string cheese..crumbled goat cheese!!! I don't sit down and eat a whole cup but I love putting some goat cheese in my eggs or whatever.

Keep eating that cheese!! Don't worry I eat cheese everyday too as I love it. Can you also have soft fishes, canned meats and eggs at this stage?
