Feel like I must be doing something wrong

Giggles, I understand. I didn't drink nearly as much preop but could get down a great deal in a small amount of time thanks to my Camelback. Can't wait to start using it again.

liquids are the hardest thing in the world!! One regular sized bottle of Water is almost torture!!!!

You can say that again...and again... whew!

I think the first full day at home it took me 12 hours to drink that Water. Just 16.9 oz. Tea went down and still goes down very quickly.

You need the Water to flush your organs, they're dealing with alot of toxins and fat when you lose weight this quickly. Have you tried crystal light or tea? I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm 2 months out and can guzzle a whole cup of tea. I put back a 1.5 L Water with a half a single crystal light flavouring in the morning and one in the afternoon. I'm very scared to get gall bladder stones or to lose it altogether. So many people have lost their galbladders it's scared me into making sure i'm getting plenty of water everyday. Tea is also an appetite suppressant. Green teas removes the peaks and dips of the sugar/insulin spikes after a meal.

Your weight loss has been amazing, no need to worry. The faster you lose, the more likely you'll have droopy skin issues. Slow and steady wins!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
