Pre-op diet and appetite suppressants

I will call my doctor's office to ask, but I was wondering if it is okay to take appetite suppressants (Obenix) during the pre-op diet phase. I will avoid the couple of days before surgery but I'm worried I am going to be so hungry whenI first start.

It's probably a good idea to ask your doctor, yes.But on a personal note I would like to say its not easy ( the pre op diet ) but it is doable :)

It's only for a little while. And I don't know if its worth the side affects of a diet pill.
