Good service leads to sad a-ah moment...

Went to the pharmacy today and the pharmacist didn't ask my name - instead he said hello and called me by name. I am 44 years old and though I appreciate great customer service being recognized by a pharmacist really struck me. Just reinforces my need for this surgery. And it can't come soon enough. ????
