I was sleeved December 6 2012..... I'm down 52 pounds and feel reborn. I'm going to the gym 3-4 days a week for cardio such as treadmill, bike and elliptical.... A little weight lifting but not much. I'm eating between 900-1100 calories a day. I do for the most part choose my food wisely and weigh everything on a scale..... Anywhere from 3 ounces of chicken with 2 ounces of green Beans and 2 ounces of mushrooms etc. Sometimes I think I should go back on liquids because my weight loss has slowed down significantly and I fear stretching my stomach and getting bad habits back. I have a great deal of respect for my surgeon Dr Mitchell Roslin; he told me last week; "you control your sleeve don't let your sleeve control you" ... And he was very pleased with my progress
He said if you eat each meal to your stomach's capacity, it will stretch...... Guess this is a scary thought for me....
How are you feeling? Thanks for sharing... And listening
