Yeah I think you should but a low carb one. I down one that is 56g Protein 6carbs but 330 cals. It's Isopure 2 scoops of powder 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter I can't stand the Isopure taste so the PB hides it lol.

OK, another day of complete success for me. I am succeeding because I know all of you are doing it. I am surprised how much I am thinking about sweets, I AM SO THANKFUL I AM DIVORCING MYSELF AGAIN FROM SUGAR & CARBS. It is unsettling that I let this creep back into my life. Because I eat such small portions when I was eating sugar or carbs there was no weight gain and it became a secret that I was doing it. I guess this is a wake up call. I know my ability to eat more will increase so this was a dangerous experiment.

I am wondering why people are eating Beans during bootcamp since they are high in carbs, I know they are "good carbs" but r they really included in boot camp?

Man this Water thing, I am only up to 70 ounces....arrgh

I had deli turkey and cheese stick for Breakfast

Grilled chicken breast 3oz lunch

snack was 100 calorie almonds pack

dinner was grilled chicken again

So glad you raised the issue of Beans. I ate some last night and noticed the huge jump in carbs as a result. They are also not listed in the boot camp and I didn't even think about it! Thanks for noticing.

I also feel like it's super helpful to have this groyup going on right now as it helps me get through the day and stay on task...not eat sugars/refined carbs. I have every intention of eating carbs in the form of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains (just not Pasta, bread, rice, etc...) It's easy to swing too far, falling back on old habits and I needed something to help me get back to the basics again....something to remind me of the power of the sleeve if I take full advantage of it.

So far, I am down 3 pounds in just a few days and it feels awesome. Keep going you guys, we can do it!!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
