I think I may have hurt myself

I have not had any issues with vomiting since I've been sleeved, but last night I was trying to spit up some mucus and my stomach automatically just heaved once. It...hurt... well since then, I have had a dull aching pain throughout my stomach. I'm hoping I just strained the stomach muscles or something. Anyone else had a similar experience?

How long from surgery? I dry heaved the day after surgery for a while. They were concerned (and it HURT), but no lasting problems.

I'm at 8 days

I also heaved about three times about 3 days out. I was also trying to clear my throat when it happened. No lasting effect. It did hurt at the time. If it continues to hurt contact your surgeon. Err on the side of safety.
