pain across top of lungs that also goes down onto stomach

I am getting pain that is almost like the letter T. it goes across my chest at the top of my lungs and reaches down into my tummy. It doesnt matter how slowly I sip. Sometimes it occurs after I've been asleep a while. I was sleeved on Feb 18 and had a hiatal hernia repair. Anybody have any ideas how to help?

pain meds? i was sleeved on the 20th and noticed a little bit of pain similar to that, but it hasn't been too bad. it's definitely exacerbated if i drink something cold, so i try to keep everything room temperature.

good luck
