Before and After Pics

  • Popular Post

I love seeing the progress people have made after surgery. So for those comfortable enough to share them I'd love to see your before and after (and even progress) pics. I haven't had surgery yet (and wont for at least another 3mths) so I don't have any to post but I still like seeing what I have to look forward to. The pic below is me at my highest of 316lbs 2hrs after my son was born.

Haha! Thanks! I want to lose a little more in my stomach area. It is where I'm bothered the most. I feel like I've lost everywhere but there! It's the best decision I ever made. Good luck and hope you have it soon and all goes well. It's a wonderful thing! :)

The 2nd pic (me & wax figure) was taken 11-3-2012 I was @ 282lbs ( surgery was 11-08-2012)

The 3rd pic (me in mirror) was taken 3-31-2013 I am guessing I was @ 220lbs

and the last pic was taken yesterday @ 218lbs .. I am half way to goal.. so I still have a ways to go' date=', can't wait to hit onederland!![/quote']

Wow, you look so awesome, i hope i get there!

The main thing I would say is that you are going to feel really weak and tired and no energy for about a month or month and a half' date=' but it will pass and you will start feeling better than you have all your life! Just do everything exactly as the Dr says and you will do great!

I am 5'11".

I have increased my lean muscle percentage since the after picture while maintaining about the same weight of 180 lb.

Good luck pre ops! All is possible.
