The photo that's at the bottom of my post was me at 3months. I was watching my niece while I was trying to post it and it got sent wrong

Hi everyone, I'm really glad that they have this app for sleevers to be each others support system. I was sleeved nov1st so almost 8 months out & My highest weight & surgery day was 328 & now I'm 220 so that's 108 down so far. Also I've attached my before picture & afters along the way to show. Me at prior surgery on left & the right photo is at a little over 3months post op. Me at a little over 6 months post op. Me at 7 1/2 months post-op. also having my 9month check up on July 9th mean while my 9 months isn't till August 1st. At that time or the next day I will post newer pics. I still have a bit ways I go till I hit my goal but here's my progress so far. Christina

Hi thank you so much. I just followed my doctor & nutritionists guidelines to the T. I also work with a great personal trainer once a week as well as going to the gym4-5 times a week. The elliptical machine is the best machine ever. If I can't get to the gym I always make sure that I do at least a mile walk with some little 2lbs weights right now or work out to some great workout videos that I have and or just put on my music on from my iPhone & doing dancing which has been great.

Im 29 years old & i was sleeved nov1st so almost 8 months out & My highest weight & surgery day was 328 & now I'm 218 so that's 110 down so far. Also I've attached my before picture & after to show. Me prior to surgery Me at 6months in the zebra outfit going out to Celebrate my hundred pounds down & 6months post op. Me about 7 1/2 months post op going to celebrate a friends wedding in ct I have my 9month check up july9th which is crisply a month before my 9month mark due to docs scheduling

Before I had my surgery last year I also had some symptoms to when I went to the pulmonary doctor (lung doc) & he told me I should go & do a sleep study test to see. Everything worked out good I had it but it was so mild I didn't need to take care of it or need medicine. Ask your doctor about getting a sleep study test done. Make sure you have every area covered & checked out to make sure your healthy enough for surgey.
