Early Flight?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had to deal with having an early flight. Alma told me I may have to stay in San Diego the last night in order to make my flight. I am wondering if once released from hospital. Do you go back to hospital during the last 2 days at hotel or does someone come to your room. Where do they remove the drain and when do they remove drain? Besides rest what exactly do we do those 2 days at hotel? Thanks for the input!!

From what I hear, and will soon find out, is that a dr. from dr. Fernando's team comes to check on you. But I leave in the morning and will give a detailed account.
