Sleeve Surgery Book by Dr. Alvarez

I saw this book advertised online when I first started researching this surgery. Has anyone read this book? If so what all does it include? I am interested in a book that I includes diet and exercise info, how to have long term success, calorie and Protein needs, how to help with excess skin, and things of that nature. I don't need a book that only talks about obesity and why you should have this particular surgery. I have already decided on this surgery and I know how it works. Now I need something to help afterwards. Does this book cover what I am looking for?
