I'm scared out of my mind. What was once excitement has turned to fear. I have lost 10lbs on 5 days on pre op liquid. I keep going back and forth with the idea that maybe I can do this without surgery. Unfortunately, I know the answer is "no". I have had a bowel resection in the past and suffered complications from it. I'm guessing that is why I'm scared to have another surgery. Does everyone go through these feelings before surgery?
