Is anyone else as tired as I am?

I'm 6 wks PO and feel like I can only make it half day before I'm totally exhausted. It makes it really hard to go to the gym after work when all I want to do is crawl in bed and sleep. I'm taking my vitamins, getting my protein, and getting my water.

at 6 weeks out I still didnt have energy to do laundry much less go to the gym, but once I started forcing myself, the energy came... its like I had to exert myself to get energy... it does get better... by month 3 you will be lighter on your feel and zipping around like a bee

We're twins--I was 6 weeks yesterday. I am so tired. Definitely need a daily nap. Haven't started exercising but of course, dr said that's the answer.

I had my 6 week checkup yesterday and dr gave me a B12 shot. I just had one on Nov 29 but she said it would make me feel better. I don't yet. Who knows? I'm going to start walking today. I hope I can do a good amount--like 15 minutes at least.

I've felt so good, though. I was at the gym 4 days PO and walking 3 miles by day 7. My energy changes so drastically from day to day. I'm eating pretty much the same, just can't seem to acct for the highs and lows. I'm hoping its normal.
