15 Months and Lovin the new me!

My choice to have the surgery took me 3 years, but when you know your ready to make a life change it was an easy decision! I have lost 135lbs so far ;). So all of you that are going to have it done or just did, I'm so happy for the life changes that are coming your way. It's work for sure making sure you get all your protein and taking your time to eat. You will get used to it and seeing the weight fall off is so rewarding! I'm at the point now that exercise is SO important to keep moving towards my goal of another 60 lbs!

Excited there's a place to talk about your successes or concerns. Wish I would of found this before I had surgery, but as with thus surgery better late than never????. Good luck to everyone going through this journey! And I'm going through it with you!
