don't buy much....lol. Seriously, i found mixing the sugar free pudding did help with the shakes. Sugar free Jello and popsicles worked well too during the first few post-op days. It seems many patients have different directions regarding time frame of food introduction, so I don't want to lead you astray regarding clears, to full liquid, to soft/pureed. So stick to the outline from your nutritionist. However,I found scrambled eggs and fish to go down the easiest once I was onto soft foods. Best of luck.

Tomorrow is my surgery! I can't sleep so I thought I'd check in. I ordered hot chocolate and cappuccinos no caffeine with high protein from bariatrics choice and broth and cream soup high protein . Everyone says bring Chapstick and gas x strips so I have those. Sugar free Popsicles are how I got through the pre diet and I have that and SC jello. I think I'm good. Oh and protein clear liquids from Doctors choice. Bariatric foods co and others sell same packs so I ordered them. Now if only I could sleep !

best of luck to you tomorrow fonally...can't wait to see how you are doing...
