looking for any and all information (good & bad) on my potential Dr. in Mexico

Hi everyone, I am currently researching having my surgery with Dr. Sergio Quinones in Tijuana... I am looking for any and all information I can on him. I would really love to hear from people who have had their surgery with this doctor and their thoughts whether good or bad.... thanks!
