I had surgery in October and feel like I'm loosing the plot, I have totally fallen off the rails and don't know how to get back. Does anyone know when and where the wls support groups are in Charlotte or Huntersville.

Not sure about Huntersville or Charlotte, but I do know of one in Concord. Not sure how far that'd be from you. It's at CMC Northeast (specifically at the NorthEast Health and Fitness Institute) the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm. There will not be one in January, but they'll resume in Feb.
