So two days out of hospital I have had a big struggle trying to consume all the Water and Protein required. I'm using GNC Amp powdered prot which has 20 grams per scoop. Looks like I will finish the day at about 40 ounces of water and 50 grams of prot. Is that normal? That is more than yesterday but still below goal.
And I have eaten no broth. I did take liquid Vitamins and two meds that had to be put in Jello. I just want to be sure I don't push to hard and cause a leak... but also know I need to stay hydrated and fuel the body.
Help appreciated.
