Sleeved on 12/12. Lost 20 so far. I need to tighten up my arms.

I'm 35, struggling to get my energy back before going back to the gym, but in the meantime I want to tighten my arms to get rid of my batwings. Please help!

I'm sure others will speak to the work out side, but I recommend Mary Kay targeted action toning lotion. It really works on smoothing out the appearance of loose skin. I'm using it in preparation for my procedure on the 26th. It's doing wonders on my pregnancy pooch, hips, stretch marks and upper arms. I'm going to partner it up with compression garments afterwards.
