Can I damage my sleeve if I fall?

So I'm one week post op yesterday and I just fell down half my stairs. I caught myself with my hand using the railing, but it also wreaked havoc on my stomach muscles to engag enough to give me stability. It sent shooting sharp pain through my main incision area. Could I have ripped, torn, pulled a stitch Orrin anything other kind of damage to my new sleeve????
