Trying to get wife pregnant. What to do for successful pregnancy

Hi everyone. My honey is 2 years post op sleeve surgery. I'm currently on fertility meds and Lord willing I will be gtg in a couple of months.

Late this month I have a appt set up to see her endo. Can anyone share with me what Vitamins and minerals you took to ensure a healthy pregnancy.

Also want to hear from those who did not have a healthy pregnancy and what we can learn from you to avoid problems. For example, a guy told me his wife was having miscarriages and that she was low on folate/ or folic acid and told me to make sure she gets on that. I got her a low dose 400mcg and she is taking that for now until we have our consult later this month with doc.

Any tips? Thanks!
